This support group is a recovery support group program that offers respect, understanding, encouragement and hope for adults over the age of 18 who live with a mental health condition.
This support group is for family members / loved ones of individuals living with mental illness and offers support, group wisdom, and help with resources. There is no charge to attend this group.
