Lubbock ISD ACE Program (Before and After School Program) & Leading Ladies Group needs volunteers on Friday, December 8th at 3:30 PM to help set up for a Winter Festival Event at Monterey High School Cafeteria happening on Saturday, December 9th. This is a free event for the public that will have free snacks, games, crafts, and visits from Santa and the Grinch, but you can help bring the magic to life behind the scenes. We need volunteers on Friday to:
- Help with games set-up
- Decorations - ballon arches
- table set-up
The event will be held on Saturday, December 9th from 11 AM -3 PM and we could also use volunteers during the event to:
- help run games
- run craft tables
- stock supplies
- help with tear down after the event (after 3 pm)
