We are looking for companies/organizations who would like to set up a table at the West Texas FIRST Conference. Vendors will be on July 28th.
During check-in, attendees will be given a bingo card to encourage visiting all the booths. There could be both robotics coaches and students at this conference, so keep that in mind when designing your table setup. You are welcome to bring items that can be handed out to visitors, such as business cards, brochures, and other items. There will be a dedicated vendor time during the conference, shortly before all the workshop sessions start. Note, power is not guaranteed, so keep that in mind as well.
