Are you ready to make a lasting impact and help shape the future of a child or teen? The Community Youth Development Program is looking for passionate volunteers to join our Mentor Program and help guide, support, and inspire the next generation.
Why Become a Mentor?
By volunteering, you’ll have the chance to build a meaningful connection with a young person, instill confidence, and empower them to reach their full potential. It's a rewarding experience where you not only make a difference in their lives but also grow personally!
Program Details:

Time Commitment: One year, meeting twice a month

Meeting Dates: 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month, from 6:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.

Location: YWCA of Lubbock, 6501 University Ave.
Who We're Looking For:
We’re looking for individuals who are patient, compassionate, and dependable—someone who truly cares about making a positive impact. While prior experience with children or teens is helpful, it’s not required. If you’re eager to support and guide a young person, we’d love to have you!
