Ronald McDonald House Charities is excited to host our annual Trunk-or-Treat event on Friday, October 23rd, from 6-8pm. We are looking for volunteers to help us create a safe, fun, and memorable evening for families in our community. Volunteer roles include participant check-in, directing traffic, greeting guests, monitoring activity areas, serving as runners, and assisting with event logistics.
We are inviting local businesses, organizations, and food vendors to help make this a fun and memorable evening for the families and children in our community. Whether you would like to decorate a vehicle and hand out treats or provide food and refreshments, your participation would help create a festive experience for everyone who attends.
• Volunteer Check-In: 4:00-4:30 p.m. Participant Information: • Event Date: Friday, October 23 • Event Time: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. • Trunk/Food Vendor Set-Up: 4:00–5:30 p.m. • Location: Ronald McDonald House, 3413 10th Street
Please note that all vehicles and food trucks must arrive and be inside the parking lot no later than 5:30 p.m. For the safety of our guests, no vehicles will be permitted to enter after that time. Each participating vehicle or food truck will be provided with two parking spaces. If additional space is needed, please let us know in advance so we can make the appropriate arrangements. We encourage participants to decorate their vehicles, wear costumes, and help us create a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere.
