Registration & Welcome Team

The Registration & Welcome Team is often the first friendly face attendees see at the conference. This team creates a warm first impression by greeting guests, assisting with check-in, answering questions, and helping attendees begin their day with confidence and excitement.

This role is ideal for volunteers who enjoy meeting people, providing excellent customer service, and creating a positive experience for others.

Responsibilities:
Welcome attendees with a friendly smile.
Assist with registration and name badge distribution.
Answer questions and provide conference information.
Direct guests to breakout rooms, vendors, and other event locations.
Assist with attendee check-in throughout the day.
Help maintain an organized and efficient registration area.
Notify conference leadership of any attendee concerns.
