Speaker Liaison
The Speaker Liaison plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our conference speakers. Each liaison is assigned to support one or more speakers, ensuring they have everything they need from arrival through the completion of their sessions. Your hospitality and attention to detail allow our speakers to focus on inspiring attendees.
This role is ideal for volunteers who are organized, personable, dependable, and enjoy serving behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in assigned speakers upon arrival.
Escort speakers to the Speaker Lounge, breakout rooms, and stage areas.
Coordinate with event staff to keep presentations on schedule.
Assist with speaker needs and answer questions throughout the day.
Ensure presentation materials and room setup are ready before each session.
Communicate any schedule changes or concerns to conference leadership.
Provide a warm, professional, and encouraging experience for every speaker.
Your support helps our presenters feel valued and prepared, allowing them to deliver their very best to every attendee.
