Unconditional Teen Conference

Unconditional is a day built just for teen girls — a space to hear that they are made on purpose, worth protecting, and never alone. Through two tracks, "Made on Purpose" and "Guard Your Peace," girls ages 12–18 will spend the day being poured into by speakers, mentors, and a room full of people who showed up for them. That room doesn't build itself. We need volunteers to help with check-in and registration, guide girls between sessions, run breakout track logistics, keep snacks and supplies stocked, and just be a steady, warm presence throughout the day — someone a nervous 13-year-old can look to and know she's safe here. This is a one-day commitment that leaves a lasting mark. You don't need a speaking role or special training — just a heart for teen girls and a willingness to serve wherever you're needed.
