Help us celebrate Juneteenth 2026 by serving in different capacities to ensure all events run smoothly!

Friday, June 19th
3 - 5 pm: final set up
5 - 7 pm: cookout assistance
7- closing/clean up
Saturday, June 20th
7 am - 9 am: set up and parade assistance, information table
9 - 11 am: transport, vendor set up assistance, information table, parade traffic control
11 - 1:30 pm: drink stations (ice delivery), transportation, info table, mini-event assistance (donut or ice cream eating contest, etc)
1:30 pm - 4 pm: drink stations (ice delivery), transportation, info table, clean up, and flip park for fireworks, mini-event assistance (donut or ice cream eating contest, etc).
6 - 8 pm: transportation, sell shirts, help with logistics as needed
8 - 10 pm/closing: transport golf carts, clean up, load up the truck
Saturday, June 21st
5 - 7 pm usher/greeters, help with merch
