Love pancakes? Love Halloween? Volunteer at our Spooky Stacks Showdown and help us flip fun into funds for Real Deal Cares! Friendly ghosts, witches, and goblins (a.k.a. volunteers) are all welcome to help make our Halloween Pancake Decorating Contest Fundraiser a success!
Volunteer Roles
- Set-Up Crew – decorate venue, arrange tables, prep supplies
- Registration Table – check in guests, handle payments/scholarships
- Pancake Prep Team –manage pre-made stacks
- Toppings Station Helpers – restock and assist kids while decorating
- Judging/Voting Helpers – collect ballots or oversee People’s Choice jars
- Raffle & Donation Table – sell tickets, promote fundraising
- Photo Booth Crew – help families take photos with props
- Clean-Up Crew – clear tables, pack supplies, take down decorations
