Need to know
To be approved to serve in the Foundations of Healing Medical Clinic:
- fill out the "FOH Volunteer Application" linked under "links & attachments"
- ensure that you have emailed any certifications or licenses to diane@lubbockimpact.com
- please allow 4-5 business days for your application to be reviewed
- you will be emailed a background check to complete from becky@lubbockimpact.com
- Lubbock Impact's Volunteer Manager will contact you to coordinate your next available serve date
Lubbock Impact's Foundations of Healing Medical Clinic will provide you with all supplies needed to complete your duties. Please wear closed toed shoes and comfortable clothing (no shorts please).
