Unconditional Conference

We are seeking compassionate and energetic women volunteers to serve as chaperones for the upcoming Unconditional Conference, a transformative experience for teen girls focused on self-worth, healing, and identity.

Volunteer Role:
As a chaperone, you will be a consistent presence throughout the day, accompanying a small group of girls to workshops, keynote sessions, and activities. Your role is to provide encouragement, listen without judgment, help with transitions between sessions, and ensure a safe, respectful environment.

Responsibilities:

Attend a brief volunteer orientation before the event

Supervise and engage with a designated group of teen girls

Participate in sessions to help model positive engagement

Offer encouragement and emotional support

Assist with basic logistics (helping girls find rooms, lunch coordination, etc.)

Help maintain a safe and uplifting environment throughout the day



Date of Event: August 30, 2025
Time Commitment: 8:30am-12pm (set up included) or 12pm-3:30pm (tear down included)
Location: Aldersgate
