Description

Join us at the Buddy Holly Center on February 3, 2022 to commemorate the life and legacy of Buddy Holly. February 3, 1959 will forever be remembered as "The Day the Music Died" and changed Rock N' Roll history after Buddy Holly, Richie Valens, and "The Big Bopper" J.P. Richardson unexpectedly died in a plane crash over Clear Lake, Iowa.

Enjoy free admission to our galleries from 10:00am to 5:00pm. The J.I. Allison House, where Buddy Holly and The Crickets practiced, will be open to the public from 11:00 to 4:00pm. Light refreshments will be served and fun new educational activities will be provided to those who attend the event.

Join us as we celebrate and remember the life and legacy of the late and great Buddy Holly. For more details about the event, please visit www.buddyhollycenter.org. We hope to see you there!
