It's time for our annual Heart of Lubbock Neighborhood Cleanup
Join us this Saturday to help Keep Lubbock Beautiful!
The Heart of Lubbock Neighborhood Association's annual summer neighborhood-wide cleanup event is this Saturday!
Headquarters for the event is at the Historic Redeemer Lutheran Church at 2221 Avenue W. We will meet at 8:00 a.m. in the church parking lot to help clean alleys and load large bulky items on the trailers.
The City of Lubbock Solid Waste Department will place roll-off containers in the church parking lot so residents can throw away unwanted items and trash from streets, alleys, and yards. Residents of the neighborhood are encouraged to volunteer for the cleanup and bring their large and small items to the roll-off containers. See below for a list of items allowed in the Roll-Off containers.
