We all have a message we are trying to communicate. Today, the average person absorbs more than 20,000 words of information daily. How can you make your message stand out from the rest?

In this workshop, you will learn techniques you can put to use right away to improve your communication skills. You will learn how to select and organize information to aid in the understanding of your message. You'll learn how to analyze your audience and target your material to their interests. Also, you will pick up some tips on how to better handle situations and communicate your message when stakes and emotions are running high.
