Prevention Starts at Home: Family Summit & Resource Fair is a family-friendly community event hosted by Buckner to kick off Child Abuse Prevention Month. Families will enjoy engaging activities for children, informative presentations, and access to local resources that support safe, healthy homes.
Volunteers play a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and engaging experience for families, speakers, and community partners. Opportunities are available throughout the event, roles include: Attendee Sign in/Welcome, Directional Support, Food Setup and Take down, T-shirt Distribution Table, Vendor Sign in, Floater, etc. Lunch will be provided to all volunteers.
