A monthly outreach, on the first Thursday of each month: a resource event providing on-site services to individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Bringing together in one place service providers, community organizations, and volunteers to meet people where they are.
Volunteers Needed:
Table-hosts (help assess needs, act as a guide or escort for each individual/family to connect them to appropriate providers at the event); set up/clean up, meal servers needed.
Providers Needed:
Specifically in the following areas: housing programs, vital record assistance (DL, SS#, birth certificate), and employment support services.

Strengthening community trust, Increasing access to services, Reducing barriers, Streamlining referrals, Supporting health, stability, and independence
