Volunteers Needed – Brittany & Devin's Angels Back-to-School Community Event

Volunteer Shift:12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Brittany & Devin's Angels is seeking caring and dependable volunteers to help serve local students and families during our annual Back-to-School Community Event. Volunteers will play an important role in ensuring every child has a positive experience while receiving essential school supplies.

Volunteer Positions Available

• Check-In – Welcome families, assist with registration, and direct guests to the appropriate stations.
• School Supplies Table – Organize and distribute school supplies to students.
• Backpack Table – Assist students in selecting and receiving backpacks.
• Shoe Table – Help families find the correct shoe sizes and distribute footwear.
• Clothing Table – Assist with clothing selection and keep the area organized.
• Concession Stand – Help serve refreshments to attendees and volunteers.

Volunteer Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and respectful customer service.
• Work collaboratively with fellow volunteers and staff.
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming environment.
• Represent Brittany & Devin's Angels with professionalism and compassion.
