Community Impact Opportunity: East Lubbock Resource & Health Fair
Date: May 30, 2026 Time: 10:00 -3:00 p.m. Location: 1807 Parkway Dr. (Dollar Tree Parking Lot)
Manos Unidas partnered with Lubbock Health Department to bring a comprehensive Resource Fair in the East Side community. Historically, this area of Lubbock has seen a significant disparity in accessible community events compared to other parts of town. We have 50 vendors scheduled. Lubbock Health Department will provide a detailed map to ensure a smooth operation.
We will have a table with info on our coalition and are needing volunteers. We are asking for at least 2 volunteers for every shift.
We also need volunteers to help keep the whole event flowing to assist the Lubbock Health Department and YWCA with overall event logistics and flow.
