Do you live in West Texas and has your ability to cover rent and utility costs been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 crisis? If so, The Salvation Army of Lubbock may be able to help.
Rent and utility assistance has been made possible through a generous grant provided by the Lubbock Area United Way and the Community Foundation of West Texas. The grant makes it possible to help those that have been affected by situations like loss of job, loss of hours, or if you had to pay additional childcare due to schools closings.
The Salvation Army may be able to help with rent payments up to $750 and utility payments up to $250.
