Online safety information for parents and children
Kids are home from school and online more than ever. This makes them vulnerable and leaves them at risk to online dangers - cyberbullying, sexual exploitation, online predators. Safety is at the forefront of our minds currently, and we must remember to keep our children safe online.

Voice of Hope offers a 24 hour crisis hotline. We are still here for you. If you are a survivor of sexual violence and need to talk please reach out. We understand the circumstances surrounding all of us can be very triggering to survivors of trauma. We have advocates available for peer to peer support and counselors available for virtual counseling sessions.

TTUHSC offers free online support groups for anxiety, depression, and grief
Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is offering free, weekly online groups for anyone who is interested. These online meetings are held through Zoom, an online meeting space. There are four groups, offered at different times Monday through Thursday.
