Gates open at 7 PM, and performances begin at 8:00 pm. Volunteers should arrive between 5:30 and 6pm.
Tasks: Greeting guests, tearing tickets, selling our CD, passing out programs, ushering guests to their section, and/or directing guests towards exits/restrooms. We will assign posts to each individual immediately prior to the performance.
Dress: Casual, but you will be representing our company and should dress appropriately. Please wear comfortable walking shoes, and clothing that can protect you from the sun.
Location: Moonlight Musicals Amphitheatre – 413 East Broadway, Lubbock
You are welcome to stay and watch the show, but in exchange, it would help us greatly if you would tell your friends about our show and help us distribute promotional materials around town. Perhaps you could put them at places like your church, hair dresser's, office, etc. If you are willing and available to distribute materials, please email me so we can set up a time for me to provide you with the materials.
