In this workshop, you will learn techniques you can put to use right away to improve your communication skills. You will learn how to select and organize information to aid in the understanding of your message. You'll learn how to analyze your audience and target your materials to their interests. Also, you will pick up some tips on how to better handle situations and communicate your message when stakes and emotions are running high.
