Who We Are
Founded in 1907, Lubbock ISD’s mission is to nurture, develop, and inspire every child, every day. Lubbock ISD provides strong academic, fine arts and athletic programming to a diverse population. From an IB diploma to Academic Decathlon, career and technical education courses and award-winning swimming and diving, hundreds of students transfer in to take advantage of the wide array of programs only available in Lubbock ISD.
What We Do
Lubbock ISD serves more than 25,000 students and 3,400 employees as the largest school district in Lubbock County.
