Upbring is raising the standards for child welfare in Texas. With our partners, we deliver services that produce measurable progress toward five key markers of every child’s well-being: safety, life skills, education, health and vocation.

In Lubbock, Upbring operates three programs, all centered around meeting the needs of our most vulnerable citizens.

Neighborhood House provides utility assistance for qualifying clients as well as hygiene products and other basic care items for families and individuals.

Health For Friends Clinic provides health screenings and care referrals around the Lubbock area as well as three surrounding counties. Health for Friends Clinic provides basic health care testing and education.

Foster in Texas coordinates our foster families, providing safe and loving homes for children in the foster care system.
