Who We Are

Dismas Charities is a federal halfway house contracted by the Bureau of Prisons to house inmates to help them in their reentry back into the community.

What We Do

Dismas Charities is contracted by the Bureau of Prisons to house inmates for the last portion of their sentence in the Bureau of Prisons to allow them time in the community before they are fully released. This time is so that they can find employment and set up their release housing prior to being fully released. This is so that they have some funds and housing established to help minimize the likelihood that they will reoffend when they return to the community.
